Benchmarking

Benchmarking is a powerful tool for analysing the relative performance of your business against similar businesses. It tells you what you are doing well, compared with similar businesses. And it tells you what you are doing less well. It highlights your strengths and weaknesses.

Sutherland Black will provide you with a report with figures extracted from your year end accounts. Your business will be compared to around 100 metrics across 19 key areas, including: productivity, profitability, sales effectiveness, asset management, leverage and return on investment.

 
Each report will be complete with colour graphs, intelligent commentary, recommendations and sensitivity calculations showing, for example, the impact on profits and cashflow of improving performance to match that of the upper quartile in the industry.
